This appointment is designed to discuss your health concerns & goals, and determine the best path for you.
Initial Consultation $100.00
At your first appointment, we will discuss your health concerns and goals and gather an in-depth health history. The main focus of this appointment is to determine how well your body is responding to your current diet & lifestyle. Clinical testing will be undertaken to determine any biochemical abnormalities or nutritional deficiencies, and to obtain baseline markers to enable us to monitor your progress. From here a tailored health plan is created for you.
Health Report & Treatment Plan $130.00
At your second appointment, you will receive your in-depth report outlining the findings of your Initial Consultation. This is always an insightful and fascinating report all about you and your body. Your report will explain to you what is happening in your body, why you are feeling the way you do and provide for you a personalised plan to correct what has gone wrong. This report helps you to discover the ‘’why’’ behind your health concerns and your treatment plan focuses on creating realistic, long term change to optimise your health & well-being.
Progress Consultation $50.00
A core part of your treatment plan. These consultations track your progress and allow your practitioner to provide you with ongoing support - answering questions, making changes to your treatment plan as needed, and testing and tracking your key health vital signs.
Innerscan Analysis $15.00
Our Innerscan device uses Bio Impedance technology to measure vital signs such as body fat, muscle mass, hydration status, visceral fat & metabolic age. This allows us to track how your body is responding to your current diet, exercise and lifestyle and make changes where needed.
Mini Consultation $75.00
This appointment is designed to address a single or acute health concern. You will receive a nutritional plan - including diet and lifestyle advice, and if required, a prescription for practitioner grade supplementation.
Reassessment $80.00
At this appointment all baseline clinical testing and pathology is re-tested. You will receive updated dietary & lifestyle advice, and changes to your prescription based on your progress.
