HOW IT WORKS:
Our weekly meal plans are uploaded to our website every Saturday morning, giving you time to plan and prep for the week ahead.
Each week you’ll receive a new, seasonal meal plan including breakfast, lunch, dinner meals, optional snacks, and recipes for every meal.
You’ll receive a complete grocery list each week, with everyday, accessible ingredients.
Meal preparation - in your plan you’ll see a column with meals that need a little prep for the week ahead.
Swapping ingredients - we encourage flexibility, so you can easily change the vegetables or protein in a recipe to suit you and your families taste.

Each week you’ll receive a new, meal plan with breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes, a full shopping list and meal prep guide. Your meal plan also includes 2x wholefood snacks/healthy baking recipes. All recipes are quick, family-friendly, and made with simple supermarket ingredients.

Our base plan focuses on wholefood, high-protein meals designed to balance blood sugar and support energy. Many recipes include gluten-free and dairy-free options, and simple swaps for protein alternatives (eg. chicken/fish/red meat).

While your subscription is active, you’ll have access to all current weekly plans. Each week you can download your plan & recipes, so you can revisit favourite meals or repeat weeks you loved.

Your subscription continues to deliver new plans weekly, but you’ll always have your past plans ready to use whenever it suits you.
