Espresso Breakfast Smoothie
Our espresso shake combines your morning coffee ritual with the perfect combination of healthy fats + protein + fibre. Designed to be nutritionally dense with ingredients to keep you satisfied and energised.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut/almond milk 
- 1/2 cup water 
- 1 frozen banana 
- 1 espresso shot (or 1 tsp instant coffee) 
- 1 tbsp almond butter 
- 1 tsp cacao powder (optional for a mocha flavour) 
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs 
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds 
- 1 serve protein powder 
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and combine 
- Enjoy over ice
