Homemade Laundry Powder for Eczema
When it comes to eczema, managing your environment is just as crucial as addressing gut health.
When working with eczema patients, we don’t recommend relying on ‘eco’ and ‘natural’ supermarket detergents, as we’ve seen them trigger flare-ups just as much, if not more, than conventional brands.
Don’t overthink making your own household products, it’s simpler than you realise! This recipe takes just two minutes to make, and is free from harsh chemicals and irritants.
