Delivered by our incredible trainer, Lauren Jenner, these workouts are created specifically to complement the nutrition and lifestyle strategies we teach.

Schedule

  • Your two week reset - a detox that creates a solid foundation for the next eight weeks. We’ll take you through a pantry detox, teach you to read food labels, navigate the supermarket and how to balance your meals and snacks.

  • The importance of gut health, the drivers of common digestive complaints, and how you can support your gut through food. These weeks incorporate meals and recipes to support the gut microbiome, bowel motility and common concerns such as bloating, reflux and constipation/diarrhea.

  • The impact of poor sleep. stress and fatigue on food choices and weight loss. During weeks 5 and 6 we delve into the impact of blood sugars, diet and lifestyle on your nervous system and the impact this has on weight loss. We incorporate meals and recipes to support mood, energy, sleep and stress.

  • The impact of hormones on your metabolism, appetite, energy and mood, and how you can use food to promote balance. During these weeks we delve deep into the root causes of imbalance, how hormones impact weight gain and loss. We use food as medicine to promote hormone balance, production and detoxification.
