Chilli Charred Broccoli Toast

This toast is a perfectly balanced, high-protein option that makes the most delicious breakfast or a quick, satisfying lunch.
Charred broccoli brings depth and flavour, the cottage cheese adds creaminess, and a drizzle of chilli oil finishes it with just the right kick.
Simple, nourishing, and deeply satisfying.
Chilli Charred Broccoli Toast
Ingredients
1 Cup Broccoli, chopped into florets
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Slices Sourdough Bread, toasted
1 1/2 cups Cottage Cheese
1/2 Avocado (sliced)
2 tsp Hemp or Sesame Seeds
1 tsp chilli oil (adjust to taste)
Sea Salt & Black Pepper
Directions
Place a saucepan over a medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Place brocolli florets in pan, and donโt touch for 2-3 minutes, turn once charred and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Season well.
To assemble the toast, spread the cottage cheese, add avocado and the roasted broccoli. Sprinkle with seeds and drizzle with chili oil.
Season and serve immediately. Enjoy!
