The Feel Good Formula

1.Program Overview

The Feel Good Formula is a digital, self-paced nutrition and lifestyle program providing educational content, meal plans, and supporting resources designed to support healthy eating habits and wellbeing outcomes.

By purchasing or enrolling in the Feel Good Formula program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Program Access

Upon purchase, participants receive immediate access to digital program materials. Due to the nature of digital delivery and instant access to content, all sales are considered final.

Program materials are for individual use only and must not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

3. Payment Options

Participants may choose one of the following payment options:

Option 1 – Full Payment

• One payment of $149.99 NZD

Option 2 – Payment Plan

• Four instalments of $37.25 NZD

• Instalments are billed automatically at agreed intervals at the time of purchase

By selecting the payment plan option, participants commit to paying the full program fee of $149.99 NZD.

4. Payment Plan Commitment

Selecting the instalment option is a commitment to complete all scheduled payments. The payment plan is not a pay-as-you-go subscription but a structured payment arrangement for the full program cost.

Participants remain responsible for completing all remaining payments regardless of:

• Withdrawal from the program

• Non-participation or non-completion

• Change of personal circumstances

• Failure to utilise program materials

• Cancellation of access or membership

If a payment fails or is cancelled, the remaining balance becomes payable and an invoice may be issued for outstanding amounts.

5. Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to digital content and downloadable resources, refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind

• Personal scheduling conflicts

• Dissatisfaction with outcomes

• Failure to complete the program

6. Cancellation and Access

Participants may request cancellation of ongoing access at any time; however, cancellation does not waive responsibility for outstanding program payments where a payment plan has been selected.

Program access may remain available until the end of the paid period at the discretion of The Nutrition Clinic.

7. Results Disclaimer

Individual results will vary. The program provides general nutrition education and lifestyle guidance and does not guarantee specific health, weight loss, or medical outcomes.

Participants acknowledge that success depends on individual adherence, lifestyle factors, and personal health circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All program content, including meal plans, guides, recipes, educational material, videos, and resources, remains the intellectual property of The Nutrition Clinic and is protected by copyright laws.

Participants may not reproduce, share, distribute, sell, or publicly display program content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Nutrition Clinic is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use of program materials or implementation of recommendations, except where required by New Zealand consumer law.

11. Agreement

By purchasing or enrolling in the Feel Good Formula program, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
