No Bake Chocolate Almond Protein Bars

Our Homemade Protein Bars are a simple, wholesome alternative to store-bought options. Made with real ingredients, protein, and healthy fats, they provide sustained energy without the added preservatives, processed soy protein or artificial sweeteners often found in commercial bars.

NO BAKE Choc ALMOND PROTEIN BARS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter/Nut Butter of Choice (smooth and drippy - do not use the "dry/end of the jar" nut butter without any oil present)

  • 3 tbsps Coconut Oil

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 cup Oats

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

  • 50 grams Dark Chocolate

DIRECTIONS

Line a 20cm loaf pan with parchment paper.

Add the almond butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup to a small saucepan. Heat over low, stirring with a spatula until smooth and well combined. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Transfer to a large bowl.

To the same bowl, add the protein powder, oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and salt. Stir well to combine. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, on a low heat. Stir with a spatula.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the bars and place them in the fridge to set for one hour. Remove the bars from the pan and slice in to 12 small bars (or cut to size of your liking) . Enjoy!

Store in the fridge or freezer.
